the reception staff were helpful. the beds provided comfortable support. the shower was a great size. it had good water pressure too.
the room had a consistently bad smell. i think it was possibly from the river. the receptionist did not attempt to deal with the problem. they also did not offer to move rooms, i found this frustrating.

the room was super clean and beautifully decorated! breakfast had a nice variety, i loved the fresh fruit and pastries.
the room i had was a bit small and felt cramped. i could hear other guests talking loudly in the hallways, so the sound insulation could be better.

The central location offered easy access to city attractions and the harbor. The breakfast had a wide selection with excellent value. I found the bed very comfortable. It ensured a good night sleep. Staff were friendly. They were always ready with help.
I noticed the corridors had slight odd smell. It was barely perceptible but worth noting.

the location was perfect. the staff were very friendly especially the receptionist javier. he was very helpful throughout the entire stay.
cleaning service was an issue. we put a do not disturb sign on our door to indicate we did not need service, though our things were mixed up and put in our suitcases.

loved the location and super clean room!

my room included good quality towels. the breakfast was also delicious, i loved lacto free milk was available. the staff were friendly and helpful with any questions i had.
the hotel lacked any area where guests can relax outside of their rooms. it was a pity as i like to enjoy the sun. the hotel did not have a proper outside area.
